Chelsea

Chelsea was the cat of Kousei Arima when he was younger. Kousei loved playing with her, until one day, Chelsea scratched his hand, which led to his mother Saki Arima taking Chelsea away for abandonment.

Appearance[]

Chelsea is usually depicted with yellow eyes she is some times confused with other black cats during this show.

Biography[]

She was found by Kousei at an unknown date. Kousei kept her in a box under his deck/porch. He is later seen showing her to Tsubaki Sawabe. She encouraged Kousei to confront his mother about the cat.

Kousei (at sometime off screen) asks his mother about keeping the cat who surprisingly agrees, probably because she loves animals, as Kousei claimed to Tsubaki.

Kousei named his cat Chelsea (ch-el-see) because she kept eating his candy.
